Chef Knife purchase
I bought the Damascus Steel Chef Knife, 73-layer, with a G10 handle. Ordering online was easy enough, just clicked through and paid with PayPal. Shipping took about 10 days, arriving directly from China as expected. The knife was well-packaged in a nice box. Out of the box, it was incredibly sharp. I've used it for a few weeks now for various tasks, slicing vegetables, dicing meat, and it holds its edge well. I also picked up a Honing Steel which seems to work fine. The balance is good, it feels sturdy. I haven't had to contact customer service, so can't comment there. Solid knife, especially for the price.
Good knife, slower shipping
I ordered a 5-piece Knife Set from Xinzuo Cutlery and overall I'm happy with the purchase. The knives themselves are very sharp and feel well-balanced, especially the Gyuto Knife. The Pakkawood Handle looks nice. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, about two and a half weeks. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note if you need something fast. Good value for the quality though.
Solid Santoku Knife
Got the Santoku Knife with a Burl Wood Handle. Arrived in about two weeks. It's sharp and feels good in hand. Used it for prepping vegetables mostly. No issues at all.
